The General Terms and Conditions (henceforth referred to as “GTC”) describes the general terms and conditions of the usage of the webshop powered, maintained and owned by Fábi-Molnár Márta e.v. Please, use our services only if you accept and agree with each point below, and regard them as obligatory for you, the Buyer! Basic Terms
Regarding all issues not described and regulated in the GTC as well as proper interpretation of this text, please refer to the Hungarian laws in force, with special emphasis on the V law of 2013 about the Civil Code, and on the relevant parts of the CVIII law of 2001 regarding certain aspects of electronic trade and information society-related services. The mandatory orders of the relevant laws are authoritative for the parties without any distinct conditions or reservations.

Products to Purchase
The displayed products can be purchased primarily online. All prices include VAT and safe packing. However, the prices do NOT include shipping costs.
The Seller assumes responsibility to give detailed information (name, description, photos) about each product for sale in the webshop. By default, the pictures on the data sheets are made of the actual, finished product and are not just stock photos; in other words, what you see is what you get. Any possible differences are due only to different lighting conditions. In the case that there are some minor differences between the photos and the actual products (for example, the picture shows a prototype/sample piece), then it is clearly indicated in the item description.
If and when a discount price is introduced, the Seller gives full information to the Buyers about its exact duration and other details.
Terms and Process of Ordering
The currently available products can be viewed under the SHOP submenu in the main menu. The individual goods are found in their respective product category. Only items in stock can be ordered, and the remaining quantity is displayed on the datasheet of the particular item. In the case of custom orders or an individual request, please contact us by email or by phone!
The item(s) you wish to purchase can be added to the cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button.
The contents of the cart can be viewed by clicking on the CART button. On the CART page you can get optional discount by entering your coupon-code and clicking the APPLY COUPON-CODE button. It is also here that you can give the shipping method of your preference. (For the description of the shipping options, see DELIVERY POLICY on the footer menu.) The contents of the cart, as well as the total price (depending on the chosen shipping method) will appear.
Proceed by clicking the CHECKOUT button. Here you have to fill in the mandatory fields of shipping and billing address(es). You can also review the items in your basket and choose the preferred payment method. At the moment the only available payment method in our webshop is bank transfer. Your order can be finalized by clicking SEND ORDER. If you entered any data wrongly and you only realize it after finalizing your order, please notify us via one of our contact addresses as soon as possible!
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders are processed usually within 48 hours. After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail from us with the details (items, total price, etc.). The e-mail will also include the bank account data necessary for the bank transfer. After the transferred money arrives we send another e-mail about the successful payment and the estimated time of delivery and package arrival.
Megrendelések feldolgozása és teljesítése
A megrendeléseket a lehető leggyorsabban feldolgozzuk. A visszaigazolás és a megrendelt termékek díjának megérkezése után 3 munkanapon belül vállaljuk a megrendelt termék Csomagküldő szolgálatnak való adását. Ha Szolgáltató és Felhasználó a teljesítés időpontjában nem állapodtak meg, Szolgáltató Felhasználó felszólításában meghatározott időpontban vagy időn belül, felszólítás hiányában legkésőbb a megrendelésnek Szolgáltatóhoz való megérkezésétől számított harminc napon belül köteles a szerződés szerinti teljesítésre.
Amennyiben a raktárkészletünk nyilvántartása pontatlan és a szerződésben meghatározott termék nem áll rendelkezésre, erről a Felhasználót haladéktalanul tájékoztatjuk, a Felhasználó által fizetett összeget (amennyiben történt fizetés) haladéktalanul, de legkésőbb 3 munkanapon belül visszatérítjük. E kötelezettség teljesítése Szolgáltatót nem mentesíti szerződésszegése egyéb következményei alól.

Guarantee and Warranty
We provide an ironclad 12-month guarantee for all our products – provided that it was used only as intended. In case of a faulty product or product failure we will inform you about the repairing protocol either in person, by phone or by e-mail.

Miscellaneous Clauses
Both the Seller and the Buyer will try their best to set straight any possible controversial issues peacefully. Both the Seller and the Buyer acknowledge the authority and competence of the Court of Law of Hajdú-Bihar County for any legal dispute under this Regulation that could not be solved within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
Handlings od Delivery Complaints
The Seller sends the packages according to the Delivery option chosen by the Buyer to the shipping address. In the case of delivery complaints, the Seller takes action according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Delivery company. The Buyer is obliged to notify the courier service immediately upon receipt of the package, to record the complaint, to document the problem with photographs and immediately notify the Seller about the delivery complaint!
