You are entitled to withdraw from purchase within 14 days of purchase without any explanation.
The deadline of cancellation for one or more products “expires after 14 days from the date when you or a third person you authorized to act on your behalf (i.e. not the employee of the transporter company) actually received the parcel (or if several items were purchased, when the last one arrives).”
If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from a purchase, you are obliged to forward your clear and unambiguous statement of cancellation via post or e-mail to the following address: Fábi-Molnár Márta e.v.., H-4027 Debrecen, Dózsa György street. 23. 1/5. or shop@bellelelle.com). For that purpose you can use the enclosed sample statement of cancellation form.
You can exercise your right to cancellation only if your statement is sent before the deadline specified above.
If you wish to cancel the sale and purchase contract, we will immediately – or within a maximum of 14 days of receiving your official statement of cancellation – refund all your expenses, including shipping costs (except the occasional surplus due to your choice of another, more expensive shipping method than our default and most economical method of delivery). The refund will be given in the same way, form and currency of the original payment, unless you expressly authorize us to choose another method. (Note: applying a different method will not cost you any extra money.)
The refund can be withheld until we have received back the product(s), or until you prove that you have already sent it/them back to us. (Note: of the two options above, the earlier date will be considered.)
You are expected to send or give back the product to us promptly, without unjustified delay, and no later than 14 days of us receiving your statement of cancellation. The deadline is the end of the 14th day. All expenses involved in sending the product back are solely the Buyer’s responsibility.
You can be called to account for any possible depreciation of the product only if you used the purchased item not as intended (i.e. not as defined by its characteristic features and purpose).
