You are entitled to withdraw from purchase within 14 days of purchase without any explanation.
\nThe deadline of cancellation for one or more products \u201cexpires after 14 days from the date when you or a third person you authorized to act on your behalf (i.e. not the employee of the transporter company) actually received the parcel (or if several items were purchased, when the last one arrives).\u201d

If you wish to cancel the sale and purchase contract, we will immediately \u2013 or within a maximum of 14 days of receiving your official statement of cancellation \u2013 refund all your expenses, including shipping costs (except the occasional surplus due to your choice of another, more expensive shipping method than our default and most economical method of delivery). The refund will be given in the same way, form and currency of the original payment, unless you expressly authorize us to choose another method. \nThe refund can be withheld until we have received back the product(s), or until you prove that you have already sent it\/them back to us. (Note: of the two options above, the earlier date will be considered.)
\nYou are expected to send or give back the product to us promptly, without unjustified delay, and no later than 14 days of us receiving your statement of cancellation. The deadline is the end of the 14th day. All expenses involved in sending the product back are solely the Buyer\u2019s responsibility.
\nYou can be called to account for any possible depreciation of the product only if you used the purchased item not as intended (i.e. not as defined by its characteristic features and purpose).
